The RCB-24 provides four individually controlled heat zones that can form differing temperature on the same surface, allowing you to grill steaks, chicken fillets, burgers, fish, lamb chops, peri peri chicken, and much more. Perfect if you’re grilling multiple different items across the cook top. The clever design provides huge efficiency savings, meaning more heat gets channelled into the food and less into the kitchen.
Packed With Power
The RCB-24 has four individually operated cast iron bar burners (20,000 BTU/hr each) which provide power to a total of four grids. The heat is retained and distributed evenly by heavy duty cast iron radiant covers. Each burner is lit using battery operated ignition system and can be adjusted high / low using independent thermostat
Construction
The RCB-24 is constructed with durable and tough steel for maximum rigidity whilst the outside is covered in high quality stainless steel. The bar burners, radiant covers and branding grids are constructed using cast iron for maximum efficiency and longer lasting usage. Large zinc alloy knobs coated in chrome to adjust flame level on each burner individually.
Easy To Clean
The RCB-24 features lift off bar burners, radiant covers and branding grids without needing any tools for easy cleaning. A slide in style oil collection tray underneath keeps the surface clean
Safety Features
The RCB-24 features four FFD (flame failure device) gas thermostats with thermocouples that cuts off gas supply when no flame is detected.
Versatility
The RCB-24 comes standard with 4” adjustable legs, Ideal to use on existing work tops, fridge, freezer or custom made stand (not included)
