A high capacity broiler designed for flexible broiling. The automatic conveyor grill is designed to cook burgers in uniform and consistent way, whilst the lower belt caramelises buns to desired colour. The burger patty and buns are loaded on the front end, passed through electrically heated chamber and off loaded on trays underneath. Excess fat is separated from the meat during and after cooking and stored in a removable tray for easy cleaning
