We always recommend fitting a water softener to your glass washer. A water softener will prolong the life of the machine by stopping impurities and limescale from entering the glass washer, it will also deliver a clearer, brighter, glass to your customer. Break downs caused by limescale build up are not covered under the terms of your warranty and may result in a charge for a non-warranty call.
To fully comply with water board regulations this machine needs to be connected via a WRAS approved non return valve. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all relevant regulations are adhered to before installation.
