The RWYN-640 chip scuttle consists of an overhead gantry with heat lights, in addition to an element situated in the base. The element can be controlled separately to the lighting, allowing the operator to control the amount of heat required. With easy access from 3 sides and large 8kg storage pan this unit is essential for any restaurant, café or canteen.
